To get started follow the steps below using your computer and USB Drive You will also need to add our Skype for 24 hour customer support (IF YOU PURCHASED ONLINE).

** YOU WILL NEED TO BE IN FRONT OF YOUR SYSTEM TO ALLOW SUPPORT ACCESS TO OUR REPRESENTATIVES.
**Note** These Team Viewer programs are crafted and specific to our Galaxy Box brand. Attempting to install or use these programs on a different brand may cause errors. Galaxy is not responsible for errors or damages incurred while attempting to install this onto a non galaxy product.
DISCLAIMER: Galaxy is merely a hardware provider. We do not support provide or distribute 3rd party content or internet services. Updating/Reprogramming your system may help it run more efficient, however it will not resolve internet, server, content related issues as we do not control them.
*All new Galaxy Boxes sold after 5/19/2017 come with remote support pre installed. So if you see the “QuickSupport” application in your apps section of your box then you do not need to follow steps 1 through 6.
Steps for customers that purchased before 5/19/2017 below:
- Download “11 TeamViewer” Click here to download
- Download “22 TeamViewer Add-On” Click here to download
- Once downloaded to your computer move both downloads to your USB Drive.
- Safely eject USB Drive from your computer.
- Plug into your powered on Galaxy Box (If Prompted to browse simply press home on your remote).
- From Home Screen>Apps>FileBrowser>Select your USB Drive>Install “11 TeamViewer” click done>Now install “22 TeamViewer Add-On” and click done
- From Home Screen>Apps>Open QuickSupport and provide support representative with your ID Number.
